SCC Membership Enquries
Beware - This software company was taken over by Juniper Education a couple of years ago and is now using very underhand tactics to try and lock schools into paying for software they don’t need. They have increased the renewal notice from 30 days to 90 days without informing schools of this important change to the t&c’s. They are now demanding nearly £1400 from my school after we gave them 60 days notice that we wanted to cancel which we thought was over and above the required 30 days notice as per the t&c’s we had agreed to. We had not been informed of the renewal notice change, never signed an agreement of the new T&c’s and found the renewal information was hidden at the bottom of an unsolicited marketing email. Very dodgy tactics indeed! Take my advice and give them notice to terminate now!
