I had a chain which was broken and had a few knots, took it in to ask if it was worth repairing or better replaced. They made the repair there and then for me, unknotted the chain and placed my pendant back on. Dawn and Sam were so helpful and now my necklace can be worn again. Sooo helpful, every visit. This time they repaired a broken gold chain clasp for me. I was expecting to have to leave it and go back, but Sam did it on the spot for me. There might be nearer goldsmiths to me (it’s a 50 min round trip) but would highly recommend Taylor’s, worth the trip. Not only for repairs but they have a lovely wide range of unique pieces too.
