Horrible experience. Came in, I waited in this check in area standing up and whilst 5 staff people were chatting (nobody waiting), one of them told me that they would come to me. I sat for 5 min till I just told them I needed to check in. This lady asked me the same questions I had answered on forms and whether I had this referral letter which I had sent. Then 15 min waiting time in the waiting room. To the room, where you have outdated dirty and slippery magazines. Then once finished, I had to answer the same questions I had answered on a form, just now ! I then waited 15 min that this rude lady came over to make me sign a blank form. Absolutely disgraceful when you pay 400 pounds

Very disappointed by the service , no initial briefing provided, expects the patients to know everything beforehand. Moreover, there is lady nurse ( old and fat) she doesn't know how to talk to clients , well if she doesn't like her job she can always quits it. Not just sit there to vent frustration on patients /clients.

Overpriced transactional Lab. No customer care, a lot of shambles, just a very transactional lab in central London wrapped up in the British Etiquette and some glamour fancy rooms. The "nurses" not empathic and not nice, mainly from ethnic minorities so as always they care less if you are white Caucasian individual. Far too many patients treated like transactional customers rather than clinical patients, and ultimately is unjustifiably very expensive. Centre like this are the reason why exist so medical travellers from England. There is no value in doing what you need to do for that price if you got time to fly abroad and doing it in a great private clinic with much better care. Unfortunately in London with all those ppl that's what you got. Hopefully this recession will wash out many of those pitiless business centres.
