We bought a wardrobe dresser from this store, the owner failed to outline that there was a policy of no exchanges and no refunds, it said it nowhere in the store, nowhere online and when we confronted him he said " I am not required to tell you". In western business practice this should be compulsory and even more so when we bought from here, (during COVID - 19) where exchanges and returns may be hindered. This was terrible business practice and I feel he should have outlined this. We wasted 215 pounds on a wardrobe and now it doesn't fit the purpose we intended it for. A waste of time. When we tried negotiating he shunned us and said it was your fault and was plain out rude. I would just think and make SURE you want to buy the item before you hand out any money, because of his "strict policy" which is not stated anywhere in the store and anywhere online. P.S. If it does appear then most likely he added it after he read this review. All I am saying is be careful before purchasing from here. Thanks for reading.
