Went in requesting a specific design to be embroidered onto a jumper I brought in myself. The guy we spoke with (I assume the owner) was SO helpful, talked us through everything and was really friendly. The design was done within a few days (took longer because I wanted a specific font) and unfortunately I had tested positive before I could collect. No problem at all, the helpful guy had it in the post for me the same day so I had it in time for Christmas! Can’t recommend enough, will be back if we ever need anything printing or embroidering!
