WARNING, do NOT buy a laptop from these guys! I ordered a laptop from Ten based on previous 100% track record, so I was confident everything would be fine. What I eventually ended up getting was a similar but older, lower spec laptop in very poor condition! I ordered an HP Revolve 810 G3 i7 2.6Ghz and they posted me a G2 i5 2.1Ghz!! It took almost 2 weeks for me to get through to them by phone as the laptop was not received and the didn't reply despite trying to email several times. After leaving several (unanswered) voicemails I managed to collar one of them by phone (sounded like he'd picked up by accident!) and was told the laptop I'd be getting was "quite scratched up" despite it having been advertised as ex-display and good condition. I understood it was meant to have some marks but this was extremely scratched and grimy all over, not even "D" grade in my estimation. I was told by phone that the marks were only on the case but there were also chunks of aluminium chipped off next to the mouse, the hinge felt loose, the magnets seemed not to hold the lid down fully and there was an uneven bulge / looseness on the keyboard (which they'd replaced before sending it to me so they are clearly useless at repairs as well!). This machine has obviously had some serious abuse! Complete waste of my time and I now have no choice but to return as it is not even the correct machine I ordered. The first and last time I order anything from Ten after this terrible experience!
