    Absolutely fantastic. There was a slight issue with my time slot the morning of and the lady I spoke to was wondering. She managed to fit me in with someone else at last minute.     End of tenancy clean, failed to get deposit back due to poor cleaning effort. Supposed to come as a team but one cleaner came to the property. When complaint made quickly stopped replying to emails and so sought CAB and trading standards advise. Failed to reply to my further contacting and currently putting case together for legal action based on breached consumer rights act contract. Avoid at all costs Service: Moving-related cleaning

    I am not one to write reviews but think I have a duty of care with this one. This is the absolute worst cleaning company I have ever experienced! Cleaners turned up 2 and a half hours late. Didn't have all equipment so I was demanded to go to the poundstore to buy thwir equipment! This was after I paid them £216. It sounds too bad to be true but I assure you it is not. The cleaning standards were so poor that I actually got charged another £160 by the landlord to reclean the property. When I contacted them they refused to care or give a refund. I've actually had to sue them for professional negligence. I would not recommend at all. Please save yourself the hassle and go with someone else. I really wish someone had told me this before I used them. They will write a response to appear professional but were not professional enough to uphold their own contract!!     We paid for window cleaning carpet cleaning oven cleaning and end of tenancy clean. However they did no cleaning besides a half arsed hoover with our hoover as they didn't have one that worked with them then dumped rubbish in the garden,RAZORBLADES!!! and cigarette butts. They left the house unlocked and on latch so anyone could have entered the property and dumped the contents of the hoover into the garden loose on the stones. They created more dirty than they cleaned. I honestly could have cried when I walked in the oven and windows were the same as when we left the sides still had dirt on the carpets were not cleaned which was an additional fee and they put more dirt into the property like smears etc than they did anything else. There is no sign of cleaning at all in the property. The only way we knew they hoovered was the contents in the garden otherwise you wouldn't had known. We own a shark hoover so it's not like they were using a cheap hoover as I paid for that hoover and used it regularly and it does a better job than they did with it. We have emailed a complaint with No help currently seeking advice. Been told that no refunds once service is given however no service was received.
