You cannot get a better location for enjoying the West End. Located very close to Piccadilly Circus. The lunch time menu is quite limited but all of the food is nicely presented and extremely reasonable for a five star hotel. Everything feels very new, contemporary and clean. Light spacious and airy. Staff are ultra friendly and make you feel extra welcome. Based on how quiet it was I would say this is a hidden gem and must be visited.

Truly bizarre experience at The Dilly yesterday. Arrived wanting drinks and light snacks, asked the Concierge if The Terrace was open. The Concierge was very welcoming and reassured us yes. He took us to the lift and sent us up to the correct floor. We arrive in The Terrace and ask for a table for light food and drinks to be met by a very confrontational staff member who stated 'no we are not open'. I checked Google which said they were open, and said we had been guided up there by the Concierge. To repeatedly be told 'no food, no drinks, not open'. What was even more confusing was there were people clearly outside on the Terrace, all the lights were on and staff were there. There was no sign of a private event. We went back down in the lift to speak with The Concierge and inform him of what had happened. We said we want to come and spend money in a relaxed environment and we were then told 'oh if she says it's closed, then it's closed'. We left soon after feeling incredibly confused, frustrated, and baffled that we weren't able to get simple food and snacks in a bar that was meant to be open. Or was it? Who knows, the staff surely didn't.
