I can't wait to be back! The place is amazing, I wish I had more time to see it all! I went there awhile ago to buy a ring for my birthday, but ended up leaving with 4! The ladies who helped me were super nice. I always get compliments when I wear my rings and I have recommended Tessa to all my friends, who are very keen to make a purchase for themselves. I purchased a ring for my partner's birthday after she has been wanting one for a few years. We were both in awe of the the ring itself and all of its intricate details and the packaging/ presentation it arrived in- absolutely beautiful. I initially had an issue as the first ring I ordered was too big for my partner (my fault- make sure you do request a free ring sizer from the store and don't purchase an inaccurate one from elsewhere!) I contacted the store and Jutta could not have done more to help resolve the issue- many thanks again for such amazing customer service! After returning the too big ring, the smaller one arrived shortly after and fits perfectly.

I can't sing the praises of Tessa and the Team highly enough. I bought a ring 2 years ago for my 10 year anniversary gift to my wife. At the time they were incredibly engaged, eager to help and quick to answer all questions (of which there many). The turn around time and end result was fantastic, so my wife was obviously blown away with the gift. Scroll forward 2 years I needed to get the ring altered, so took a chance and contacted the team once more. As it had been so long, I didn't expect to get such a professional, enthusiastic and speedy response. Jutta, who handled my query, was fantastic; making the whole process painless and stress-free. The ring arrived back yesterday and my wife is on cloud 9. The customer service has been second to none and the ring is really quite beautiful. I highly recommend them. Thanks Team.

The first Tessa ring that caught my attention. Am so glad that I managed to land a piece from the recent relaunch. The oxidised finish and the gold nails provided such a great colour contrast. Throw in a white Akoya pearl characterised by a rose overtone. A combination so perfect that photos does no justice to it. Would highly recommend this ring to those considering. Cheers to my first Tessa ring and definitely not my last.
