  Since I've started with TG Worldwide, family and friends have noticed how motivated I've become. The positive attitude and help from the team here is second to none. I've developed in skills to achieve and hit not just personal goals but financial ones too. The great thing is the skills I've now learnt, I know will come in handy in achieving greater things I use to believe were not possible. Fantastic team, great people, wonderful industry.

  I've worked in the sales industry for a while now but the director and team at this location are friendly, positive, helpful and provide great on-going coaching. My confidence and skills have grown massively and would highly recommend anyone that is a little driven and self motivated and that enjoys working with like minded people that will push you to achieve your aims to give it ago! Coming from a sports background I had no sales experience! Just a positive can do attitude, a good work ethic and a willingness to throw myself in. 👍🏻 As for the brain wash comments on here - being encouraged and coached to be more positive and develop my mentality is just the same as when I was by my coach when I played Sport In The "JUNIOR GB SQUAD" - you only have to listen to any sports player to hear that! Working on 100% commission is great - I'm completely in control of what I earn this allows me to not only make as much money as I want but also to live a much happier lifestyle because it gives me far more choices than the "average person" - commission Dosent work if you don't put the effort in! Just like all the successful people, like business owners from a hairdresser's and a pub to Steve jobs to a professional sports player, they all work on commission or performance pay! I'm very proud of what I do and proud of how hard I work. Nothing is given to you, if your happy employed and on a salary or fixed hourly rate that's fine but some of us prefer to be rewarded for the effort we put in and enjoy the finer things in life like being able to have the extra money to support friends and family! It's not for everyone you do need to be positive upbeat and put the effort in but once you have the skills it's the best career opportunity I've seen to progress in and really enjoy what you do Day to day! As for door to door or course there are companies out there that will always be pushy and rude and do things wrong, but something I pride myself on is not being a pushy sales women and leaving people with a great impression of what we do and how brilliant it is when it's done properly, it's professional term is residential, and you meet the most amamzing people every single day! Really kind people and great conversations. What we do with our clients really makes a difference - there is a reason face to face can not be replaced, and why all successful people including presidents have done it at some point in there lives, you only have to read their books. Like I said this role isn't for everyone, that Dosent mean it's a scam or wrong. You just weren't willing to make the effort to get good. Just like i don't want to work in retail or Tesco or in an office job for the next 20 years - nothing wrong with it it's just not for me. If you don't give something a go, how will you ever know if your actually good at it or not. Looking back deciding to Work for TG was the best decision ive ever made personally. So glad I didn't listen to hear say and saw it for myself. Give it a go Throw yourself in You will be amazed at how much you can achieve!

  The experience, skills and knowledge I gained from there is second to none, met some amazing friends that will always be close to my heart and I'll never forget them. The support and effort that they offer you is comforting..... it's like family tbh..... TG Worldwide is a big family where everyone literally helps everyone:). By far I've had the best times with them, they've taught me some great lessons and wise words that will stay with me forever. I've gained new skills and learned to control my attitude and positivity in situations where I'd normally react negatively which has been a complete turnover in how I go on and it's helped me so much in everything . Amazing atmosphere, incredible training.....incredible people.

  My job at TG Worldwide was by far the best job of my life. Working in such a positive environment had a major impact on my life. Everyone in the office is very friendly, enthusiastic and kind to one another. There are always office nights, bowling, cinema, drinks, you name it. If you are looking for a career you can advance on without having to go through years of education, this is probably the right job for you. There are endless opportunities to network with successful people in the industry that would be more than happy to help you get to where they are. The best thing about my time at TG was that within a short period of time I learned and developed myself a lot. I am proud of the fact that I learned to be driven, self-motivated, passionate about my life, and I acquired skills that I will carry out for the rest of my life.
