She asked for plenty of information beforehand to be sure all is safe and as should be (that was my cover appointment after last minute cancellation at St James Quarter). I give 5 stars but only for Courtney. She is amazing, listen to your needs and preferences, takes her time not to miss any spots, takes care of individual needs and the treatment really works afrer. Before I met Courtney I was very disappointed by this clinic, I had multiple bas experiences with different members of staff: like they couldn't see my appointments, telling me I don't need a patch test and then cancelling my appointment on the reason I actually need one, not covering moles, missing patches of hair because of rusbg to do a job supposed to l take 1 hour in 15 minutes. I feel bad I recommend this clinic to my friends and they got no results afters spending a lot of money on multiple laser hair removal sessions. COURTNEY MADE ME CHANGE MY OPINION about them, I will book only with her, and I say this after wasting money on 7 sessions with different people in that clinic.
