Absolutely outstanding. I have dealt with many dealers before, but all pale in comparison with Thatchers. Roger has been a complete godsend during the whole process of buying a car. We had delays picking up the car due to reasons beyond our control, but during this whole time the communication, customer service and entire process were made seamless with Rogers efforts. Looking at buying another car at the end of the year and Thatchers will be the only dealership I can trust to use. They certainly deserve more than 5 stars. I cannot recommend them enough. Totally ridiculous service. We brought a car through finance. We have had the car since July. The car went back for works multiple times and been off the road loads more times including when their mechanic didnt secure the wheel! We haven't been able to use the car since January which was inside our warranty! Messages and calls ignored from us and the finance people. Defo won't recommend.

I recently sold my VW Tiguan via carwow, this car dealer won the auction and immediately after rung me. They were very welcoming and went through the process and explained everything in detail, I sent them everything they required at which point they were happy with the car and wanted to arrange pick to suit me. within a couple days they had someone down to collect the car who was a very nice chap, within the hour they had paid off my finance and paid me the positive equity left. The chap even dropped me back to work, I can not fault the service and was throughly involved the whole way.
