Poor service and angry staff. I can assure you it was your company. You screamed at my partner and my sister. Mark, he was so helpful. This was my first time having copies made of my paintings. I felt a bit nervous in the first instance but after a couple of chats with Mark he soon put my mind to rest and sorted out what I wanted. The delivery was sooner that I expected as I was leaving it a bit late to have the prints before Christmas but Mark pulled out all the stops and I was able send one of my prints to my son in Australia. I ordered an A3 giclee print of one of my digital paintings and sent the image off to Mark who quickly responded by telling me that I had to specify things like image size and pixel density to meet their minimum requirements. This was all new to me as all I do is draw the pictures using a apple pencil on an ipad pro and then save as tiff or jpeg ! However I looked up how to change the image, and after a bit of fiddling about managed it and sent the suitably adjusted thing to the Artists Print Room and hoped for the best. My print arrived today packaged very securely and carefully wrapped in tissuepaper, bubble wrap and brown craft paper with labels advising how to safely unwrap the print. It is a beautiful print , the colours are perfect , and i am delighted with the job Mark has done and cannot reccommend him enough , the care taken to produce a good print , dry it for 72 hours , wrap it and send it to me is epic , a real proffessional job , thank you Mark , I will be back.
