I’ve had my hair coloured by Zara twice now and I have loved it both times - I feel like it’s the best my hair has looked in years! She’s amazing at highlights and really takes the time to understand the look you want to achieve. Definitely recommend booking.

AVOID IF YOU CAN! Booked an appointment for Monday 20th March. I called on the Saturday to make sure it was booked. The woman on the phone assured me it was but said ‘if want to make sure it’s secured you can pay a deposit’. I told them I would pay on the day. Arrived on the 20th to find the place closed. There was a guy inside who told me it was under new management (apparently the management changed suddenly between the Saturday and Monday despite their social media saying something different) and they should have told me it would be closed as they were aware. Instead they tried to scam me by trying to make me pay a deposit for an appointment which didn’t exist. My appointment was then ‘cancelled’ straight immediately after my visit. Obviously couldn’t be bothered telling me. I wasted travel costs and had to do my own makeup for an event.

This was my first time visiting the salon and it definitely won’t be my last! Fatima was so friendly and made me feel really welcome and relaxed and I absolutely loved my haircut and beautiful bouncy blow dry - my hair has never felt better! The salon is absolutely beautiful and the gorgeous coffee and cake was such a lovely touch and added to the luxury feel 😊
