I am still waiting on Deposit for balloon arch display to be returned, the event was in October 2021 almost 8 months ago. They do not reply to emails, AVOID. *update* i have since received the reply below, but they still fail to answer where the deposit is! criminal behaviour

Never been anything but absolutely pleased with this little party shop. Sue and her team are always so welcoming and give that personal touch every time I have been in. Their balloon displays are superb and glam up the plainest of function rooms. Cannot recommend them enough.

I don’t often post reviews, but I came here to say that I love this shop! From the moment I walked through the door I felt I was getting in a party mood, and there was such a huge range of products that I soon found everything I needed. The balloon displays looked awesome and although I didn’t buy one this time I would be very happy to buy in the future. I found the staff kind and helpful too. I will be going back, as there was a brilliant selection of fancy dress costumes which will be perfect for hallowe’en, NYE and world book day. Good prices and excellent service - thank you!

Ordered balloons for my daughters baby shower, spoke to Sue on the phone with what I wanted, she was very helpful and accommodating, delivered as promised - lovely balloons - ticked all the boxes, would always recommend and have used Sue’s service in the past (other decorations in photo by another supplier)
