The rudest and incompetent member of staff this morning in that shop , as I had to collect a parcel , this is a depot for DPD??? I called first and he said he was new and could not help with my question, checking if my parcel was still there. I then went in with my DPD card and passport , showing both my name and address as on the parcel, and he was rude, claiming I could have stolen the card from somewhere, pointing his finger at me. Really DPD?? is this a service from you. Eventually , he checked and gave me my parcel but this was a fight. Despicable.
