Unreliable and not customer focused. I wanted an appointment to provide an estimate to repair a fence. I didn’t get a reply to my first email. After chasing for a reply I was offered a time which was then changed twice after which I was told there were no slots available! Very poor customer service.

I had a very professional service from the Beach Buoy team - from start to finish. Getting the quote and arranging the work was very efficient. Grant then came and fitted our radiator, mirrors and hooks. He did an excellent job whilst keeping me updated and checking I was happy at all times. Everything was spotlessly clean at the end too. Will definitely be using the Beach Buoy team again.
