Cancelled on me twice JUST BEFORE my appointment was scheduled. Once cause she “didn’t feel like working” and the other time one hour before to tell me I need a patch test. Surely if that was imperative you should have texted me a day before so I could have had time to go and do it? I booked eyebrow threading and tinting so surely if you want to keep the client you can say come for the threading we do the patch test and tomorrow you come back and I finish the treatment instead no option was offered to me. If you feel so strongly about health and safety you should notify the client at least 24 hours before that they need the patch test not an hour before. Seems like she doesn’t need new customers so I’d rather go where my money in needed
