We used these for a journey to and from Luton airport for our wedding week. Overall shocking experience. Turned up half an hour late at 3:00am instead of 2:30. The driver was then falling asleep at the wheel and swerving across the lanes of the motorway (we have video evidence of this) there also wasn’t enough room for our suitcases even though we told them we all had a case each so two of our friends had to get the train! After an awful drive to the airport we requested a different driver and a larger bus for the way home but we we’re ignored. Since this we’ve been in contact to complain and they have tried to fob us off and blame that our booking was passed onto a sister company. We’ve also had nothing near to an apology but instead said they will sue us for defamation if we leave a bad review! Il get a lift delboys Reliant next time. Dont waste you’re time and money.

This company was booked for a wedding for a wedding transfer to Davenport house from Bridgnorth. Cue the morning of the wedding, and they don't show up. Car transfers had to be performed and the wedding itself was heavily delayed. 1 communication (of multiple correspondences) had the incorrect date, and so the bus showed up 1 week early, found no one at the agreed drop off point, and then didn't communicate with the booking party to confirm something was amiss. If booking with this party, confirm the day before the arranged transfer that everything will go ahead as planned.

We were in town for a wedding and the bus never picked us up. They completely dropped the ball and never showed up to pick up 50+ people to bring to a wedding. We were all late to the wedding due to the bridgnorth bus company never showing up. 0/10.

We used Bridgenorth Bus and Coach for my hen do to and from Blackpool - all i can say is wow. Sharon did an amazing job from start to finish, turned up on time with a smiley face and a warm welcome. Explained the rules and regs of the bus (covid etc). She made me a hamper with a bride sash, bubbly, chocs and a prosecco glass - the bus was decorated lovely too! She made sure we were comfy, has music/films for us - had a fridge on board and snacks. On the way home she went to the hotel for us and collected our luggage, and then met us elsewhere so we didnt have to worry about it. She has paracetamol, lucozade the works for all of our hangovers on the way home! and on top of that, it was really well priced! Will 100% recommend and 100% use again!
