I recently purchased a Lexus IS300H from The Car Agents in Hitchin and I cannot recommend them enough, the experience from start to finish was outstanding. I was traveling quite a distance to pick the car up, sight unseen, and Simon ensured that the description of the car was completely accurate so that there were no surprises upon collection. In fact it was even better than expected! The level of preparation was brilliant, and the detail/valet provided infinitely better than any other dealer I have experienced. The showroom and dealership were extremely clean and welcoming, with free refreshments and a variety of interesting cars and bikes. Aftercare has been fantastic, and although I have had no issues with my new car, I am very confident that if I were to have any issues, they would be resolved with no hassle whatsoever. Overall a brilliant experience, and I would certainly use TCA again.

What a great garage! Love the reception area with all the quirks & aviation furniture! The car looked superb and was displayed with the top down in the sun as we arrived! Josh’s customer service and TCA’s overall service was fantastic! Aftercare was brilliant with Josh finding the car cover and posting it out to me! I would recommend Josh and The Car Agents to anyone, I will be back!

I used The Car Agents for my MOT. Overall a great experience. They have a very cool waiting area, with lots of car and aviation themed furniture and books. Plenty of nice cars and bikes to look at as well. The price was £50 (March 2023) which was fair value. The staff were all nice and friendly. Great local place to get your MOT done - would recommend!
