A friend of mine who is 82 years old has just purchased a bed from this company and the service and communication ia absolutely appalling! She ordered the bed complete at a cost of nearly £700.00 and they said they would let her know when it came in and arrange delivery, and she was fine with that as she had an electric orthopaedic bed which was heavy to get rid of before delivery, this is where the saga starts. She was out and her husband phoned her to say the bed delivery was at the front door and NO phone calls advising her of even telling her the bed was in and he said we didn't know you were coming as we need to get rid of the old bed first as there is nowhere to put it, despite a very nasty phone call from the owner "Judith" who needs a lesson on man management and customer service!! and argued that she had phoned to say the bed was coming, NO such phone call, so my friend phoned the shop and spoke with the ex owner who was good and said it will be delivered next Friday so that gave her time to get rid of the old bed , and then Friday came and went with NO new bed!! telephoned and spoke to this "Judith" and she said I can't promise you will get it next Friday either as you refused delivery which she didn't know anything about the first delivery and this poor old lady spent 5 nights sleeping on the floor at 82 years old not ideal!!! So another phone call to this "Judith" who was extremely rude and offered her their warehouse keys and she could hire a Man and Van and collect it herself which was totally unacceptable!! She said she had 3 businesses and was busy, not sure how succeeded to have 3 businesses with her attitude and customer service ! We supported our local business in Hythe as I live in Blackfield and this is the treatment you get, not anymore should of used "Dreams Beds" would not recommend this company to anyone. Your response is absolute rubbish and lies, why don't you admit to being in the wrong, your customer service and attitude is totally unacceptable and you don't deserve the locals to use you and I would NOT recommend you to anyone!!

Not a great experience, my mum paid £1,200 for a bed but passed away a day before delivery, they wouldn't refund but put it up for sale at cheaper price, 6 months later told me they hadn't sold it and I'd have to have it delivered, they delivered it to my dad, charged £75 to erect it and put it in wrong side up so feet were at head, then told me my dad asked for that and couldn't change it as remote wouldn't stretch to other side of bed! Well we turned it round ourselves and remote went on other side no problem hmmmm... maybe I should train them to do it! Also my mum paid £30 to have old bed disposed of, my dad asked if they could take his old bed to his neighbour next door, they charged another £50 on top to take it a few steps to next door didn't dismantle or have to reassemble or dispose of it, disgusting as my dad is 94 and I don't agree with it at all but got a short sharp reply from manager not very customer friendly, won't be going there for a bed or recommending it!
