Didn’t look like a 5/4 star property or service to us! Had to wait 30 mins for the flush to work again! Exhaust in restroom Didn’t work! My kid had bad stomach! The people in front desk won’t come out to let u out, open the door even when u r carrying luggage to ur max! They will just watch u struggle! Crazy or Racist or just pathetically trained people!

Second time coming for spa day with afternoon tea. Spa is welcoming, clean and well appointed. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Mimi in the spa is absolutely amazing, have had massages from her twice now and will definitely be coming back for more! Afternoon tea was fabulous. Was a different menu each time we've been, with a complete change to the sandwiches, cakes and choices of teas. All have been delicious.
