Arrived one hour late owing to traffic. Offered a free drink on arrival which was much appreciated, and made to feel very welcome. They then emailed later offering us a compliemtary session which is very kind as it's obviously not their fault. Have been to the Play Village before, very clean and tidy with lots to do for little ones to keep them entertained. 100% recommend. Andy and Lindsey

My Child thoroughly enjoyed their visit and had such good fun with all the various activities that were going on within the shops and the in-house entertainment team. The prices are very good value for what you get and would happily return.

Fantastic destination to go with the kids. Our original booking was for Feb 2023, but due to illness, we couldn't make it. Despite contacting on the morning of our visit, pleading for our booking to be changed, they re-released our tickets, and they were sold. We were allowed to rearrange our booking. We had never visited before, and the kids' ages ranged from 2.5-7. There really was something for everyone to enjoy. I will definitely be back it's definitely worth the travel.

Really lovely place. Numbers were small enough that it didn't feel crowded and kids could explore without being pushed. Just enough staff engagement/activities for the older ones without feeling forced. Adult food was so good and we'll definitely be back!
