I previously gave this shoe shop 5 stars and always got my little ones now two littles ones feet measured here, unfortunately my last experience with a different staff member we haven't seen before was the opposite to our normal experiences. Beyond stressful and not child friendly like the other staff. No compassion with my 1 year old who was upset. I won't be using this shop again under the new staff member.

We travelled quite a bit to get our daughter's first shoes here. The fitting service was great. A very knowledgeable lady helped us pick out a great first pair of shoes. Not cheap but a good fitting shoe and foot health are very important.

I visited the children's shoe company with my 3year old son today. He has very wide feet which makes buying shoes incredibly difficult. We chose to journey 40mins to this shop as we have very little choice of shoes when looking in the usual chain 'highstreet' shops and they never truly fit that well! So a friend recommended trying the children's shoe company. What a fantastic experience we had! The really lovely lady who helped us (I wish I had asked her name) was so friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious. She really look the time to make my son feel at ease and to check the shoe fitting. We had lots of styles to try on and choose from; many more options than would be available to us on the 'highstreet'. In the end we came home with two lovely pairs. I can't recommend this shop enough. We will definitely be returning in the future.
