First time ordering from here as wasnt sure due to mixed reviews. Very glad I took the chance. Had the peri peri meal with a shake. Was cooked well, generous portion and almost no grease. Took less than an hour for delivery. Food arrived hot and shake was cold. Have to say with the price and quality of the food it was worth it. I paid 18 pounds including delivery (an amount you could easily spend at mds or kfc now). I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the shake, will be ordering from this place again and trying more from the menu.

Not a great experience, really slow delivery via just eat and the burger was disappointing with gherkins missing. Shake was ok but I have had better ones especially for the prices charged. Real shame as I had been recommended to try here.

This is the best customer service I've received in the 7 years I've been in this country. The owner went above and beyond, the food came quickly and it is a delicious burger, Moist and warm,and to my shame I forgot to mention the chocolate cake, which is amazing!!!Thank you very much! Totally recommend this place!

Just had our order delivered and it was spot on! We called the order through and they us quoted 50 minutes, it was here within the hour. The food was as it always is, gorgeous! You can’t fault the food, it’s really tasty. We did have an blip a few weeks back over delivery, however Adam (the manager) messaged me and explained what happened and then offered to put it right, which he did. Great customer service and the way to retain customers. I’ll be definitely ordering again and would highly recommend the food, it’s nice to have something this good locally!

Really gone down hill which is a shame as used to be my favourite burgers and shakes. Oreo shake has been watered down and didn't really taste like Oreo anymore. Smash patties used to be really tasty but gone almost tasteless and chips soggy and again bland and tasteless. Last time we will order as it cost over 40 pounds for 3 burgers and shakes.

Absolutely terrible, ordered for just eat and waited hour and half. The burger was horrible the tomato was nearly as big as the burger and price for it was ridiculous it was average that I could have gotten somewhere cheaper. I ordered at 20 to 6 I got tired of waiting when it hit 7 so phoned up and they only just started making it! Never ordering from here again!!

Should rebrand to The Dreadful Burger & Late Co. Food came almost an hour late and wasnt as described at all. For example the bun was pretzel bun instead of brioche bun which is what it was described to be. The chips...firstly weren't mentioned to be part of the burgers clearly. And secondly tasted reheated from another day. Very dry and bland. Dissapointing as the pictures and branding looked great. And a very unique offering for the area.
