Visited over a dozen countries, dined at a variety of Michelin restaurants as well as street food, no one ever made me feel to terrible after a experience I was so looking forward to. The food was simply delicious no doubt. But our server was evidently extremely indifferent and unpleasant to us. To a point where I was questioning myself I had done something to annoy him. From the getgo he was overly polite, friendly and courteous with all 3 tables adjacent to us. And everytime he landed to our table 'bare minimum' or not even that. He forgot to take our tea order, then the delivery. All the food arrived but no clotted cream or preserves despite reminding twice. While everyone who came before after us were served by the same server. For a classy place like this with undoubtedly amazing team who put it together, sadden to see they tolerate such behaviour. Bessy / Blessy and the host staff were really nice. THE ONLY WORST experience in London!
