Our dog Bucky had confidence issues, and needed general obedience training as we were both too busy with work to do properly. We had used previous trainers and found very expensive and little impact. He spent a week with Michael and came back a different little boy, still full of personality, but more confident and extremely obedient. We were kept updated with videos and Michael was super attentive and proactive with training. Best money we've spent! I would highly recommend. Thank you

Michael had our dog with him for a two week residential period and was able to achieve incredible results with regard to her nerves and anxiety. Our dog is very triggered by cars, bikes and loud noises and we have not been able to walk her in our local area since a particular incident with a quad bike, a couple of years ago. Over the time Michael had our dog he built her confidence in a number of locations we have had no success in, whilst also creating a fun environment for her to play. Today we were able to take our dog for a walk round our local roads for the first time in two years. I can’t recommend Michael highly enough. I recently had a session with Michael for my little toy poodle Bertie (who's very lively and not very good walking on the lead/barks at cars). I brushed off dog training until now as I thought I'd be able to do it myself or my pooch would grow out of his bad behaviour! What a difference 2 hours with Michael has made.....he taught us both how to adopt clicker training to get Bertie to pay attention, listen to my commands, and generally that good things will happen if he is well behaved. As a result, he's soooo much calmer at home, barks less, sits without being asked, walks a lot better on the lead, and rarely barks at cars now. All ongoing practice, but Michael's technique doesn't just focus on the things you don't like/need to rectify, but almost goes to the root of the issue and teaches you how to get your dog to pay attention to you. The other thing I liked about Michael was he only advocates 1 session, teaches you how to adopt certain techniques and is available on the phone afterwards if you need to ask any questions....he doesn't book you up for multiple sessions just for the sake of it! Well worth the money and almost kicking myself I didn't do it sooner.

I booked a session with Michael for me and my 2 year old Labrador. He was brilliant with both of us and I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone wanting to see an immediate positive impact on their relationship with their dog and have the tools to succeed in their training journey. Michael is a very talented dog behaviouralist and trainer. We went through a range of different aspects of training from in the home through to recall in the park. Me and my dog got a huge amount out of the session and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We both made a great deal of progress in the session. In addition, Michael gave me the tools that will help ensure that me and my dog can successfully continue on our training journey.

We booked Michael for a session with our new puppy. As first time dog owners, we really wanted to get the training right from the very beginning. Michael came to our house and showed us how to train all the key commands and the reasoning behind each method. He then took us for a walk to our local park and gave us some great techniques to practice on our walks. He was very calm, friendly, used positive reinforcement and within one session our puppy had already started to learn the basics. We now feel confident with what we have to do to raise a well behaved dog. If you are a new puppy owner, we highly recommend a session with Michael to give you and your puppy the best start.
