What Elegance! The service and food were top notch! The Brown Hotel is one of the oldest hotels in London, but honestly it’s in perfect condition. They were very accommodating, even when I was late to my own appointment and the rest of my group made it on time. They were so sweet to wait on me. I had a lovely experience. If I ever go back to London this is the first reservation I am booking. The High Tea at the Brown Hotel is unlike any other, and it’s a must do while in London. One of our servers was from Hungry and she had a wonderful voice even if she was only singing Happy Birthday. Then our other server was from Italy. It was so nice to see all the different cultures and stories they had to share with us.

Poor service & not accommodating. Missed my reservation due to my flight being delayed (entirely out of my control), gave over 24hrs notice as I had a heads up about the delay, and I was still charged full price for the reservation. Used to love this place when they were more accommodating of their guests. Won’t be returning now.

Had an amazing plant based, festive afternoon tea in the drawing room. The staff were super nice and made us feel very welcome. The sandwiches were delicious and the cakes were like mini works of art. I really enjoyed listening to the fantastic Pianist while we enjoyed our very christmassy tea!
