  Really disappointing & distressing experience with Dr. Gorgys clinic- both the service & staff, from start to finish. I travelled from another country to attend an appointment last August 2022. They missed some of the bloods on the day - which can happen but then zero help or support to sort the issue - I was left to arrange the missed bloods in my home country with a third party that they deal with - it was very stressful all round. Spent months trying to get information from FGA around what bloods were carried out on me. 7 months later it is still going on. Am waiting on a partial refund & again zero help. I could write pages on what happened. Anyway, in a nutshell, genuinely shocked at how they carry out (or dont) their business. I would not recommend this clinic on any level. Update 12/05/2023 in response to Dr. Gorgys Clinic Reply This response is interesting, given what happened, hence the update - the issue happened in August 2022 and I received ZERO help or support from from Dr. Gorgys Clinc to resolve the problem at that time - as stated in my original review - I was left to sort bloods in my home country & set everything up with no support from Dr. Gorgys clinic for the whole entire process. This, despite the fact that, again, as referenced in my original review, we traveled to the UK and paid for all services with Dr. Gorgys clinic and just because you outsource part of your services, I, as YOUR customer, was left to deal with this outsourced company directly. Shocking & disappointing. In addition, your reference to “have been communicating with you ever since to resolve the issue” - you did not communicate to resolve the above issue where we were left for weeks trying to sort the mess & issue with bloods. What you did communicate on was the minor issue of a partial refund, at a much later stage, when we had been left to sort the actual problems on our own. In addition, the apology you reference as made was - an apology on behalf of the 3rd party - I have no record of where Dr. Gorgys clinic took responsibility or apologised for anything themselves.

  I cannot recommend Dr. Amin Gorgy and his team at the clinic enough! After struggling through 10 IVF cycles and experiencing six implantation failures despite using euploid embryos, I was at my wit's end. That's when I decided to visit Dr Gorgy, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made. Dr Gorgy discovered that I had high NK cells and cytokine levels, which were likely contributing to my fertility problems. Dr Gorgy provided me with immunotherapy treatment, and I fell pregnant with my seventh transfer. I'm now eight months pregnant with my miracle baby, and I'm so grateful to Dr Gorgy and his team for making this dream a reality. Throughout the process, I received excellent care and support from everyone at the clinic, especially from Dr Gorgy, Bina, Sharon, and Kyrillos. If you're struggling with miscarriages and implantation failures, especially with euploid embryos, I highly recommend seeking out Dr Gorgy's expertise. He and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to helping their patients achieve their dreams of parenthood. Thank you again to Dr Gorgy and his team for everything!

  Just wanted to say a massive thank you not only to Dr Gorgy and Kyrillos Salib but also the whole team. We were treated with care, compassion and empathy, which is exactly what is needed when going through fertility treatment. I have quite an extensive medical history and they have been amazing during every step of journey. My partner and I are eternally grateful as I am now 6 months pregnant.

  My partner and I moved over to Dr Gorgy at the end of 2022 and our experience was so different to the previous Harley St clinic we used. At first we were scared to move clinics and start from the beginning but Dr Gorgy didn't make us do rounds and rounds of unnecessary testing and mock cycles, he kept costs down where he could and treatment plans simple. Unlike most other clinics you get to see him personally and he scans you at every stage of your cycle which was so refreshing after years of only seeing the doctor in charge maybe twice per cycle at my previous clinic. He is a specialist in immunology and repeat IVF failures and I do believe one of the only doctors in the UK that really understands this very new field of medicine. (Although scarily many others say they do and charge you crazy money for immune treatments they don't understand!) The smaller family style clinic means you get personal treatment rather than just treated like another statistic and as a result the team are all fantastic, they couldn't do more to help you and really want you to have success. Kyrillos in particular was a constant rock for me during treatments. After many failed cycles at my previous clinic Dr Gorgy was successful on my first cycle with him - I can't thank him enough for what he's done for us and would whole heatedly recommend this clinic to anyone, especially those with a history of unexplained IVF failures, he really is a miracle worker.   The FGA have been a great clinic to deal with, Dr Anu Chawla in particular has been amazing. She is very knowledgeable and really took her time explaining things and answering any questions we had. We were made to feel at ease, by everyone at the clinic. Kyrillos and Courtney are also real assets and incredibly helpful and caring. Courtney was always genuinely pleased to see us and hear how we were getting on. We have had a great start to our adventure.

  Excellent team! We received excellent care and service from the staff. Everyone was polite and supportive. We met with Dr Amin Gorgy and Dr Anu Chawla they both were very friendly and knowledgable.we felt very at ease and Dr Chawla was very thorough and took her time to explain everything to us. They were attentive and listened to our queries. A huge Thanks from the bottom of our hearts. Huma Zafar

  We were supposed to have a first consultation with them. We arrived and was left to wait in the communal hallway for over 20mins even though we repeatedly knocked and could see two staff on the other side of the door. When they eventually let us in the man was unapologetic and nonchalantly pointed to the waiting area and chucked the registration forms for us to fill in. I was already stressed and anxious as this would be our third time trying. I was tearful and frustrated with the poor attitude so my husband and I left. The doctor rang an hour later to apolgise about the poor treatment but the damage and first impression was already done. To top it off they actually charged me for the terrible encounter and I have been trying to get a refund ever since! Word of advice hire staff who are empathetic as fertility is such a delicate emotive subject. I have selected another clinic's services.

  Amazing team! Me and my partner we’re trying for a baby for a few years now. We h ve tried another fertility clinics, but we didn’t receive any empathy from the doctors a nd staff. Once we step in the The Fertility & Gynaecology Academy we knew that this is the place where our dream come true. Professional , approachable, with enough patience explaining everything and not just once. In one word I will say magic team. Dr. Gorgy is the best fertility doctor. He is objective and does not like to waste time. From the first appointment he told us what we have to do and which are the next steps we have to fallow. He gives us all the details and he answered all our questions and there were not few. Courtney, the Nurse Manager, she offered me support in all sense. I felt her beside me all the time, understanding all the situation I’ve been through. She explained everything I have to do, how I’m going to feel and why. She is an angel. Omnia, the embryologist, again, with patience explaining us all the details, what it’s going to happen and which are the risks. During the procedure she kept me updated how are the embryos. Kirilos a kind, calm person with patient again explaining e everything. There are many persons in the team. I didn’t memorise their names, but they are amazing all of them. Our first IVF was successful, I hope everything it’s going to be fine by the end. I highly recommend The Fertility & Gynaecology Academy!

  BE CAREFUL! I donated my eggs in this Clinic over a year ago. They are very unprofessional and rude. I ended up in A&E with OHSS because of them and my life was at risk. I'm in process of reporting this clinic and especially Dr. G who has over stimulated my eggs and tried to get away with it when I started to feel unwell and ended up in the hospital. And okay maybe they helped women to get pregnant and have their dream baby but the way they treat us - donors is shocking and had a big impact on my physical and mental health. I will never forgive you.
