Initial consultation to replace a freestanding multi fuel burner led us through replacement options with the benefits, constraints and drawbacks of all options clearly and honestly represented. We agreed to install an inset wood burner to upgrade the heat output and visual appearance. Simon the fitter and Chris could not have been more helpful, professional, honest with their advice and friendly, a real pleasure to work with. The outcome is a beautiful, warm focal point to our room which we love and wow’s our guests. Value for money, absolutely.
