From initial visit/ quotation to site survey (by Dave) and installation, everything was exceptional and the awning is great. Saw them displaying at Hampton court flower show . Very quick follow up and visit. Surveyor came and measured and advised on best options . Ordered and the delivery date was as promised and communication great. The awning is very effective and exactly as shown and described. We are very pleased with the product and lovely to see a British company selling designing manufacturing and fitting. One minor blip was sorted straight away. We would recommend the Great British Awning Company.

Found this company exhibiting during a visit to a stately home. Was impressed by the quality of design and manufacture and invited them to quote. Installation was within the expected waiting time and completed to a high standard. A complication on the day was a missing end cap. This was rectified the same day and all work completed entirely satisfactorily. Long term reliability will be key, but I am confident in the light of the exceptional guarantee provided.

Had a few problems after the installation that are mostly resolved and Tech support have been great. When the awning wouldnt lock he came to us and reolved it and when it happened again he talked me through it on the phone in the evening. Way outside of business hours. Great customer service from Tech Support.
