Excellent from start to finish. It must be very difficult to takeover a business that has been so successful for so many years. Regulars, I'm sure, will have gone expecting the same menu, same cooking method etc. I say, go with an open mind and be adventurous. It is not going to be the same but think it is better. Dishes are beautifully presented, cooked exactly as requested and delicious. The crowning glory are the staff who are attentive, informative and passionate about their food.
