Last week I had a trim (bob style) in there. My hair was washed and cut, then I've mentioned so many times that as my hair is too thick and high density, please thin and feather the bottom of my hair, otherwise I will look awfull. The lady rough dried my hair and thinned my hair. She showed me my hair and asked if it's fine, as I have a wavy thick hair, when I do rough dry, the style doesn't show that much, so I said it's fine and paid and that's it. Any other places which I went for haircut over the last couple of years, they say as I have too much hair, they have to straighten my hair to make sure the style is ok. Now when I straighten my hair, it looks really bad, some parts are longer than the other and even today one mum in school asked me if I did cut my hair myself, as the back looks like I just chopped it. My husband said the same but I've thought it's a man compliment so ignored him. Now I know how bad my hair looks and everyone told me to go back and ask them to fix it. But I would never never go back there as an experienced hairdresser should know thick wavy hair haircut is not as easy as thin hair Service: Hairstyling

Had an amazing experience here. I’m not a massive fan of having my haircut as I don’t always feel like I get what I want. However I had Jess doing my hair here and she was amazing I’ve got the haircut I wanted and it’s really enjoyable experience very relaxing and good value as well.
