I’ve always been obsessed with high heels since I was a child but unfortunately god didn’t give me the small foot to buy any type of heels I want It was always a depressing thing as when I go out and see how girls got them small feet and nice heels and that made me jealous because my obsession is crazy to heels I never thought in my life I would find a way to get a smaller foot so I started searching online on Google and YouTube so I’ve heard on something called Cinderella surgery I was so intrigued to know more So I looked on Google for qualified drs for that I didn’t find many and that put me off little so I contacted a clinic in Turkey and was thinking to go ahead and go get it done Then saw another dr in Edinburgh However after long search for weeks I came across “ the foot and ankle clinic “ so I contacted them “ Jackie the administrator “ was very helpful and explained little about it so I decided to go ahead with consultation I went there and met Dr Jason hargrave and as soon as he looked at my foot he knew what I came for and that put me at ease as Dr seemed he is great at his fields so we discussed everything and it was such an honour for me to meet the Dr So I got the invoice and I was little concerned about the prices but after couple of months I thought that having money in my account and suffering from wide big feet it’s not good So I decided to go ahead and book the surgery “ first ever surgery in my life just to put that in mind and having loads of doubts “ Honestly it was the best decision i made in my life as I was wearing size 8UK and now I’m wearing size 6UK heels and 5UK trainers That was huge difference in shape and mentally too The communications was absolutely amazing before and after with Jackie And Dr Jason did an amazing job So I would love to say thank you even tho I can’t thank them enough for what they did THAT CHANGED MY LIFE TOTALLY The money !! I felt it was well spent and now you can see the difference here before before , two weeks after surgery and one year after Thank you so much Dr Jason and Jackie

The service given to my son at The Harley Street Foot Centre , having suffered an extremely deep and painful corn for months, was quite exceptional. He had been seen on the NHS by a foot specialist who had refused to operate on it “because he was a smoker” so the only alternative was to have it removed privately. So I did a web search and I am so pleased to have found the Clinic. From my first phone call, when I spoke to Mr Hargrave’s most friendly and helpful secretary, Jackie, followed by a prompt visit to the clinic for the operation, then regular phone and photographic follow ups;( we live in Peterborough) I cannot fault the service my son received. I rarely write reviews on service received but the care and genuine interest in my son’s foot was outstanding. And finally, I was amazed at the extremely reasonable cost of the whole experience, (considering the Harley Street address!) which even included giving him a specialist built up boot to walk on.. I don’t hesitate in recommending Mr Hargrave ( and, of course Jackie!)

I got toe shortening surgery on my second left toe and I'm very glad I did. The first consultation was free during the summer and about 25 mins, then Jackie was quick to book me in for surgery the next week, which was great as I would have had to wait for at least a year otherwise as I didn't have any other free dates. The procedure was painless as you get a local anesthetic injected into the toe, and it lasted about 25 mins, during which you are free to be on your phone or otherwise. The 3 first days are painful but painkillers help a lot. Aftercare was provided by a nurse in London, who removed the sutures. Everything went really well and I recommend getting the procedure if you are interested! Your toe will be moveable and you'll be able to move it back and forth totally fine, but be aware that you won't be able to flex it after surgery (meaning, the middle part of the toe will be stiff). That's not too much of a problem though and the cosmetic benefit is worth it.

I’ve kept my feet hidden all my life and this will be my first summer feeling confident enough to wear sandals. Mr Hargrave has transformed my feet after shortening six toes! The whole experience from the first phone call has been brilliant in every way. Jackie has been exceptional and so reassuring every step of the way. Can’t thank you all enough. My embarrassment has gone and I’m more than happy.

I cannot thank Jason Hargrave enough, he is a brilliant surgeon who has surpassed my expectations. From the moment I spoke to Jackie she put me at ease and provided me with excellent advice and support and continued to do so after my surgery. Both she and Jason genuinely care about you and take the time to listen and understand your issues and any concerns. I had surgery on both feet and am 8 weeks post op today. My scars are barely visible, I still have slight swelling which will continue to improve but I am more than happy with the outcome. My only regret is not having surgery sooner.

From the moment I spoke to Jackie regarding foot surgery I knew Jason Hargrave was the surgeon for me. Jackie spoke to me at length regarding bunion surgery on both my feet and talked me through the operation answering all my questions in detail. I felt extremely reassured and excited after talking to her. When I met Jason at my consultation he immediately put me at ease so I didn't feel embarrassed to get my ugly feet out in front of him. He talked me through the procedure in great detail and gave me hope for normal looking feet! On the day of the operation Jason and his team made me feel relaxed and put me at ease. I had both feet operated on at the same time and although nervous I was excited too. The procedure went well and the aftercare I received from Jason & Joe as well as reassuring phone calls from Jackie all helped my recovery. I have gone from never ever showing my disgusting feet to anyone to proudly showing them off to anyone who will look. I am now looking forward to summer rather than dreading it so I can wear sandals for the first time in my life. I cannot thank Jason, Jackie and the rest of team enough and would certainly recommend his services to others. Thank you! Debbie :)
