The 1 star is purely for when you get an appointment. I’ve been trying to get an appointment for months now and can’t get through. When I do, there’s none left even though I start ringing at 7:59 and carry on until someone picks up. When you do get an appointment, I can’t fault them. But that’s rare.

Doctors are of pretty decent standard for the NHS but the receptionist have got to be the worst in the world for a role that heavily involves customer service they have non. Don't help at all and really don't seem to care about their role.
