Had a wonderful stay here, food was lovely, staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone very friendly Would recommend, will stay again. Walkability: 10 minute walk into York, bus stops right outside and your in York about 4 minutes.

Great location, easy to hop on a bus into York. Spacious room, bath and shower is a bonus. Food is good, but they sold out of steak on a Steak Night after about four customers. Sold out of sticky toffee pudding every night we stayed (3). Breakfast is generous and parking available. Staff friendly. Very clean and would definitely stay again.

Popped in for a bite to eat, OMG the food is amazing! We had the fish platter triple cooked chips veggie lasagne and onion rings which was way too much as portions are big, but wow was it good!! Nice atmosphere (shame we had to eat in the bar rather than the restaurant area though) friendly staff but tge food was just 5 star amazing. Thanks Chef Jack!
