Susanne was not very helpful when trying to book an appointment or help me decide what type of testing I could get or receive. She was very condescending and spoke down to me. She did explain the different types of testing which was informative, but was very rude by my reaction of not knowing what test to get as I or the doctors I have spoken too are not aware or sure as to what is causing my reactions. They suggested to get multiple allergy tests to find out, but Susanne was very unhelpful in the matter and said I need to figure out what’s causing it before I choose what type of allergy test. If I knew what was causing the issue then I obviously wouldn’t be asking about a test !

Improvements can be made on the administrative department which you would expect them to get correct considering they are in the health sector. There were a few admin errors such as not including a blood test so I had to go get my blood taken a 2nd time, they got my name wrong and sent me a blood test form with someone else's name on it which included their private information. Otherwise the service was fine.

I have spoken to many doctors in the UK and around the globe, and Dr. Rutkowski is one of the best allergy specialists I have ever met. He has a broad high-quality level of expertise and explains everything you want to know in detail and supports it with the scientific data (I always enjoy learning more about how allergy functions etc). He is very calming, assuring and has a very individual approach to your allergies with a goal to TRULY make your life better. After several visits to my GP and various dermatologists, I was getting desperate because my skin condition was so bad I could not sleep. So I researched on the internet looking at the expertise of many dermatologists throughout the country. I chose Dr. Chris Rutkowski because of his position at St Guys hospital and his obvious excellent training and experience especially with my condition. After talking to his very pleasant and efficient administrator Suzanne the appointment was made to see Dr. Rutkowski in September. Within 2 minutes of meeting him I knew that my train journey from Lincolnshire was a good decision. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about treating his patients and improving their quality of life. He examined me and and he spent the hour on educating me not only on his diagnosis but also how I could help to manage my condition. To date his diagnosis and treatment has proved to be correct and I am so grateful to be feeling well again.
