    This was a fantastic pub to go for a drink, positioned suitably in New Street station with a large glass building easy to find! The design is beautiful with different lights on the ceiling, accompanied by patterns and train frames on the walls. The counter is well-presented and the staff were friendly, serving me a bottle of Budweiser that I enjoyed at comfy seating on a clean table!

    Very disappointed to discover that they no longer served steaks the choice of alternative was fish and chips but they only had the small portion left. Wanted apple crumble but they didn't have any will seriously consider eating elsewhere in the future

    Food was only luke warm. Looked like it had been thrown on the plate. Slow to clear tables. Doors constantly banging when being used. Place was very cold. Altogether not a pleasant dining experience. Will not be returning to this branch of Wetherspoons.

    Dreadful service. Sat at table for 10 minutes being ignored by the waiters. When I finally asked one to take my order I was told that I had to order at the bar as if I was stupid. No courtesy. Walked out.

    Very poor management will not be visiting again. Ordered a breakfast and did not come out In time. Waited 40minutes. Very quick to charge you for it. How can you get the table wrong? Very bad customer service awful. Staff not polite friendly and worst so have seen!

    Nipped in for breakfast as visiting the city and tbh I never expect a great deal from a Wetherspoons normally. However this place whatever they’re doing they do it right. The food was marvellous and not at all like the dry junk I’ve come to expect. The service was top notch and the table waitresses were exceptional. In particular the Asian girl with the blond highlights in her hair. Full of smiles, polite. The place was clean, well kept and just genuinely nice to be in. If you’re a fan of Wetherspoons this is the place to go and even if you’re not this place will most definitely change your mind. Full five stars. Amazing.
