    I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Miller. She is patient, passionate about her work and skincare and always listening. I have a lot of respect for her. However, I cannot give The London Cosmetic Clinic a 5* review because of the office staff who seem to be employed by a separate entity rather than Dr Miller. They are absolutely useless, rude and unprofessional. They make customers wait indeterminate amounts of time to book follow ups or answer any questions because they're too busy drinking coffee and chatting among themselves while one person does patient coordination. I often have to book via Dr Miller because after a 2 hour laser session and having paid a lot of money for these sessions I'm not prepared to wait around for ages for one of the office staff to be available while other other office staff drink coffee and chat. They enforce Covid 19 restrictions on patients and force their relatives to leave yet none of these staff bother to wear masks or actually follow any approximation Covid 19 restrictions, only Dr Miller does. They will suddenly be nice when you are paying for a package of sessions but the rest of the time as stated before won't lift a finger to help or assist. I had a session delayed because none of them bothered to clean the filters on the laser machine. They also enforce a "if you're 15 mins late then you have to rebook" rule yet are often running late themselves. They also can't seem to answer basic questions like how many sessions I have left. The security guards at the entrance are more professional, polite and courteous than the office staff working in a prestigious Harley Street establishment They are lucky to have Dr Miller because it is the strength of her alone that I continue to visit otherwise I most certainly would not give The London Laser Clinic my time or money

I have been seeing Dr Johnson for a long time now for various treatments and I have found Dr Johnson to be very experienced, kind and caring.     The London Cosmetic Clinic I am profoundly grateful and cant praise enough this clinic. Fabulous Dr Salinda Johnson and her wonderful staff are angels in the cosmetic industry. My personal experience was I attended Dr Johnsons clinic for help after I incurred complications from a small amount of filler at a different clinic, which left me very distraught. Dr Salinda worked gently with me to resolve the issues and I was instantly restored to sanity at my first appointment. As lets face it.. anything that causes issues to your face is highly distressing and Dr Salinda Johnson and her team were most calming and reassuring and went above and beyond to correct the issues which took a few sessions to resolve. I was also blown away when the next day after not only my first appointment but all of them, they actually took the time and called me to see if I was ok and if I needed anything….. how refined and flawless. Another thing I noticed that really impressed me was just how widely spread and diverse the clinics plush waiting room was filled with people of all colours and genders. I believe thats important. The London Cosmetic Clinic have all of my thanks. It pays to attend professional services with friendly, kind staff. Generally speaking you can trust these people, you are in safe hands to get your treatments fulfilled as they take pride in their work and go above and beyond to achieve the results that you desire in a professional and thorough way.
