What a warm welcoming place I was so relaxed I had a lovely lady called Zoe she did my hair as you can see from the photo below what a good job i can't explain how happy and overjoyed to what she had done. I said to her that my son is getting married tomorrow and I wasn't sure what style I wanted and the colour so left to her and what an outcome this was my first visit she had time patience and explained everything I wish I came before I'm coming back tomorrow for a touch up but this was worth every penny and to be honest the best hairdresser's I've been to. I had Lauren for my balayage appointment. As always she was pleasant and attentive frequently checking in whether I needed anything and if I was comfortable- balayage does take a long time so this was appreciated alot! Aside from this, Lauren really listened to what I wanted. When we came to the end of my appointment, whilst I loved the colour on the ends of my hair and the blend was stunning I wasn't sure if I liked how blonde it was in the front. I ordinarily don't speak up with hair cuts and I was anxious to say what I thought, but with my wedding 2 weeks away I knew I should be honest. I needn't have been worried as lauren was so kind and understanding. The reception team booked me in 3 days later for a new toner. Lauren and another stylist took time thinking about what the best moves would be to get the look I wanted and I was so grateful for their care and attention. Within an hour I had the perfect balayage and can now go ahead with my wedding with a smile on my face. So grateful for the entire team at the Lounge! Thank you ladies! You never fail x

Went there for my first time. Cosy shop and very friendly. My hairdresser, Katie, was very tentative and asked the type of blow dry i wanted..... at other hairdressers, they generally just blow to suit their needs so i am giving 5 stars.
