I initially went to see Nick for a sports massage because I was sore after a big fell race. In fact he checked me over for postural problems and gave me some exercise to counter the issues he discovered, which may be contributing to the knee problem I've been having. That was a bonus to add to a very effective sports massage. I was very impressed by Nicks knowledge and systematic approach so I will definitely be going back to look at my knee problem in depth. He gave me information sheets to explain the exercises he recommended and sent me an exercise programme with links to video demonstrations. Nick definitely over-delivered an anything I was expecting. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

Nick returned my call at 8.30 pm on a Saturday night which surprised and impressed me. I explained my situation which was that I had previously had physio for sciatica which wasn’t successful. I was advised to have an MRI scan which was followed with a L5 nerve injection in my spine with limited success. He listened and said he could help me .He has, introducing me to exercises that no one else has shown me, accompanied with illustrated leaflets. When I got home there were emails and videos of these exercise’s. I continue to improve and he has given me confidence in my ability to do so. He is very competent and professional. I would highly recommend him.
