We had a great experience with the agency. We needed a childcarer at very short notice to look after 4 boys whilst we attended our fathers funeral away from home. Holly was super helpful, and the service received was a high standard. The nanny herself was super and we completely had the stress taken away from us. Would definitely recommend.

We had a very poor experience with this agency. The nanny resigned within a matter of weeks of starting with us. Holly showed no ownership when it came to finding a solution. In spite of the fact that the agency’s placement fees were almost as high as the nanny’s total earnings for the short time she stayed with us, there was no question of any refund. If our experience is anything to go by, I would say that Holly is a person who gives her good ear to the nanny and turns her deaf ear to the client.

We had too many wedding guests for our ceremony, so reluctantly had to ask some of the children to have a play session. It couldn't have worked out better with our two wonderful Event nannies. The children had a whale of a time exploring the grounds and doing craft activities based on the sculptures there. We used The Parent & Child Nanny agency to hire a nanny to look after our 9 month old for our wedding reception and it could not have gone better! The nanny (Aphra) was simply amazing!! We barely even knew she was there and our little one absolutely loved her. She fitted right in, looking after our daughter and keeping her entertained whilst still keeping a very close eye when family members wanted a cuddle so they didn’t miss out. I honestly cannot recommend this company enough - we didn’t need to worry all afternoon /evening, and I would happily have paid double for the fantastic service we had!
