They literally never answer the phone. Makes one question what you’re paying for. EDIT: finally managed to get through after calling for several days, only to be told “I can’t let you know membership prices because it’s our policy.”- I asked for an approximate ballpark range to which she refused. Unbelievable.

Worst experience. I became a member after contacting them many times for information about membership. It feels like they are doing you a favour. I became a member because of the great location being near my house, but regret it since the beginning (and after over six months I have ended my membership already). Considering they had just refurbished it when I joined, most of the facilities including female showers were unavailable for months. When I raise several concerns, I felt like they didn’t care. It is all about money and they accept anyone willing to pay for the membership. Very poor customer service and poor hygiene. Very disappointing for a fitness club which is supposed to be very high end. Would not recommend it.
