So the first time I went here I absolutely loved how my hair turned out, but when I went again yesterday they massively messed up. My hair was left so patchy in colour and not at all close to the shade I was after. I can handle the shade not being quite right, but it wasn't even close and it's the non uniformity of the bleached colour that's really upsetting. Service: Hair coloring

I got my hair cut on 10th March. I wanted to do layered bob. I just got plain hair cut. I didn’t understand that time. After coming home i realised it was just a plain hair cut. I'm so disappointed. Nobody liked the hair cut.
