Craft beers? Tasty food? Yes please!!! BrewDog is a well established beer company, with several outlets across the U.K. as well as good distribution of their wares in supermarkets. However, the real experience is definitely best in-house, as found at this location within the historic city walls of York. On a recent day out in the city, our group dropped in both as we first arrived and on our way out of the city, it’s *that friendly* and welcoming! Prices are good, service is great and the products on offer are exceptional. The York branch benefits from a great backroom featuring a classic video game cabinet and several board games for customers to play. The bar is dog-friendly, as we saw a gorgeous Beagle sitting inside the door when we first visited, and they have a small stash of doggy treats available too. This is a lovely touch for families and other dog owners. A great atmosphere and welcoming environment make BrewDog York a must-visit for a pint or cuppa.

(Translated by Google) As in all Brewdogs, the beer is good. But this one remains my favorite so far: tasty pizzas, friendly staff... I don't have a dog but I appreciate all the little touches for them. If I lived in York, this place would be one of my headquarters.

A great hour spent in BrewDog York attending their Beer School. The barman was very knowledgeable and we had great seats looking out to the street. The experience was fab - tips on how to taste and smell the different aspects of each beer. I learned so much and the beer all tasted wonderful. I'll definitely be back to try more.

Tom & Nick were very knowledgeable in all things IPA’s etc, and were more than happy to spend time telling us about all the different flavours and ingredients used to make these Beers, lagers and IPA’s. The bar it’s self is a very welcoming and quirky place, the atmosphere was spot on. We especially loved the rustic decor. The staff are a credit to the BrewDog brand, well done Tom and Nick.

My new office is just around the corner so I'm making BD York one of my regular stops now (rather than the BD in Leeds). This latest visit the place was pretty busy which meant a little wait for food but the pizza was superb and the beers on point as always.
