Booked a Saturday evening on the Wednesday prior and received a confirmation email for my stay. I tried calling and emailing to make payment and then received a email telling me they ‘cannot accommodate me due a current lady extending her stay’. My evening out for a 21st birthday is now ruined due to not being able to find alternative accommodation as close to the town centre on Easter Saturday and no taxi’s available!

Booked with free cancellation through Booking. Com. The property took the full payment immediately. When I had to cancel a few months later, no refund. They constantly ignore emails and now offering me a voucher for I stay I will never need to do. Still waiting three months later for a £300.00 refund

Our stay in Maidstone Kent was pleasant for booking our apartment with-The Rhinos. Very clean and spacious apartment for our team. Cheaper and more comfortable than Hotel rooms. We also parked on their bays for free and the location is very close to the City Centre with eating and shopping areas just nearby. Expect us again soon.

Clean and spacious Apartment for us. Very near to town centre. Has a very modern Kitchen with all amenities, though didn't use the kitchen -as McDonald and other fine restaurants were just by the corner. Will definitely recommend and use again. The only issue was that we were allowed to park only one of our cars in their bay for free
