Tried to speak to reception on behalf of my Aunty who was frustrated as couldn't get through herself. Absolutely disgusting practice. I waited over 45 minutes and still no one answered! No clue given to how long I was expected to wait. Thank god I'm not using them personally.

No good at all. Called up absolutely desperate the other day because of such terrible pain in my legs, back, and neck. Explained everything to the doctor to get fobbed off completely. Got so bad I had to go to A&E the same night who were excellent and gave me a diagnosis of sciatica and musculoskeletal pain, and gave me medication that helped massively and also told me that he would write to my GP to tell them to increase a medication I'm currently on, which is what I asked GP to do in the first place but got told absolutely not because it won't work. Now I'm uncomfortable that to even ask the doctor again cos of her response last time, even though a hospital doctor is writing to her to recommend it.

We have found practice to be helpful and getting appointments seems to be no problem. Would recommend no problem. Will mention person,not an employee who administered covid/flu jabs very aggressive and never spoke a word. Arms most painful for the first time.
