The Saddlery has recently come under new management and I can say that my recent trip found the menu extended and I have no complaints whatsoever with the service and quality of food. If you've had a bad experience in the past I would recommend you give it another go.

Good coffee and cake. On the day I went there card machine wasn't working so it was cash only. Also it took quite a long time to get served, as it wasn't clear whether you're meant to wait at the table for someone to come and take your order, or if you're meant to go to the counter. In the end someone came but only after I managed to get the attention of a passing server.

We were charged £12 for a very small American, a small latte and 1 slice of thin sough dough with butter!!! Why???? My husband was too shocked and embarrassed to question the bill 😳
