I would say avoid on a Saturday ( with pompey at home). But, if you like lots of little chavs, wearing moody ' Stone island ' and making a coke last over 2 hours, then visit the pub. Lots of fellas not even buying a drink, but still in the pub watching football!!!. Chavs charging their phones, and taking up most of the tables, but not drinking!. The staff should really either make them buy a drink, or get out. But, I am sure the pub is good on other days/evenings. The staff seem very friendly and helpful.
