I am some what disappointed regarding our overnight stay on Sunday 21st May The hotel room & service was excellent, Myself and my wife stayed in room 218 priced at £245 Unfortunately £295 has been taken out of my bank on Tuesday 23rd may & as quoted at checkout on Monday we didn’t use any of your services. I did call to explain this and was quoted £ 50 will return into my bank account but it has taken 3 days for the refund which I don’t agree with this policy the refund should automatically come off the price on the day in checking out. For this reason & to be honest this has put me right off recommending your hotel to our friends and family Look forward to hearing back from you

Visited this place for a massage session and very, very disappointed The session was less than I paid for, and I did not get what I had been led to believe what I would receive Would not recommend this as and comment made seemed to fall on deaf ears I would not recommend this service and felt that it let down the image of what they are trying to portray
